Larry W. Eickman, C.P.A. - Shareholder
Mr. Eickman graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Business Degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants [AICPA] and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants [ASCPA] and has received the Award of Financial Reporting Achievement from the Municipal Finance Officers' Association of the United States and Canada.

Mr. Eickman has over thirty-four years of experience in public accounting. His audit background includes audits of nonprofit organizations, retirement plans, governmental entities, a community college district, school districts, a high school employee benefit trust, a housing authority, banks, manufacturing, construction and agri-business entities.

Mr. Eickman also has five years experience with local government, three of which were as controller. His duties included responsibility for all accounting, budgeting, and data processing functions of the county [annual expenditures approximately $33 million]. The county was awarded the Certificate of Conformance in Financial Reporting by the Municipal Finance Officers' Association.

Loren I. Greenberg, C.P.A. - Shareholder
Mr. Greenberg graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelors of Arts degree in accounting. He is a member of the AICPA and the ASCPA. He has over thirty years of public accounting experience and provides tax, financial, audit and business consulting services to a variety of individual and business clients. He is a member of the Sun City Lakeview Rotary Club.

Eric L. Hayes, C.P.A., C.V.A - Principal
Mr. Hayes is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. Eric possesses a wide variety of knowledge in tax planning and preparation, management advisory services, accounting and auditing services, litigation support, computer information systems design and implementation, and software systems design and implementation. He has worked with a variety of industries including medical services, special government districts, manufacturing, retail, agriculture, construction, and service organizations.

Mary K. Hanss, C.P.A. - Manager
Mrs. Hanss graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She is a member of the AICPA and ASCPA.

Mrs. Hanss has thirteen years experience in public accounting. Her background includes providing accounting, auditing and tax services to business and individuals.

Debra L. Daniels, CPA - Supervising Senior
Mrs. Daniels is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the ASCPA and AICPA. She was born and raised in the valley, worked twenty-two years for Tom Hopkins International, Inc. as assistant controller, network administrator, and controller. Debra possesses a wide variety of knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping assistance, financial statement and income tax preparation, tax planning, and business management advisory services. Debra & her husband moved to Payson, Arizona three years ago, where she is an active member of the Payson Rotary, the Rodeo committee, and the NRA committee. Mrs. Daniels is in our Payson, Arizona office.

Carolbeth P. Irlenborn, C.P.A. - Supervising Senior
Mrs. Mrs. Irlenborn graduated from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, California with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting. She is a member of the AICPA, ASCPA, and the IMA. Mrs. Irlenborn has over 11 years experience in public accounting. Her background includes providing accounting, auditing and tax services to businesses and individuals.
